What a schedule of games today....need to have some discipline.....these braketbuster games are so so intresting...here we go...been working on them for over a week...hopefully can hit a few..
Hofstra +2.5 over Fairfield ***** strong play
Like Hof in this game a lot despite there on the rd.Stags are such an up and down team and after losing 2 starters there replacements have fared well.Nero's back is still hurting and he is always listed as doubtful but plays.But Hof has an outstanding gd in Jenkins and Vines his partner is solid.But they have a huge advantage today with there frontline.Washington at 6'10,Szabo,Urbitus,Townes,..there guys are all 6"6,6'7,6'9 and 6'10...these guys can rebound and I think will control the bds.Washinton has 58 blocked shots but he has the flu and missed his last game...he is questionable for today..never the less the pride has better gds and a tough frontline and should win this by 5-10 pts.
Bowling Green -9.5 over Canisius ***** strong play
I must be missing something here but this number is way off.BG is on a hot streak winning 7 of last 8.They just beat Buffalo by 10 in the griffs neighborhood..Moten is on fire,and BG plays tough defense vs the Griffs who cannot shoot the ball.Griffs turn the ball over so many times...BG wins this by 15-20 pts...
Marist -8.5 over Hartford ***
Both teams combined records are 12-42..but foxes are playing at home and its senior day.Scheneider's last game..the dribble offense offense will have to adjust because hartford plays the matchup zone...but I think Foxes are so used to shooting 3's this might help them...many teams have switched during games going zone..Foxes have had time to prepare for this...Hart can't score,can't shoot and is one of the worst rebounding teams in the country...Foxes win by double d's.
Siena -6 over N. Iowa **
This is a fast break uptempo team vs a half court physical team...in the end the uptempo team prevails...small play..the Mizzou Valley always seems to love braketbuster games..
