"You'll have to ask Tom about anything pertaining to him and his ankle," wide receiver Wes Welker said.
................................................................

So it is his ankle then.

This is exactly why you should not make a Super Bowl wager until closer to the game.

And then they want to have it hush hush.

Uh maybe the Giants will think he is not playing and wont game plan for Brady. How stupid is that.

Brady is pretty much a statue anyways in the pocket. He gets better protection than 90% of NFL QBs.

90%???

Why so low??

Scott, even you could take a 7 step drop, knock down a buffet spread and still have time to deliver the ball behind Brady's O-line........

thanks Dice for the kind words. I still dont understand why you think I am some huge fat fawk.

I am 6' and weighed in at 194 at the Doctors office last week. I think I could lose maybe 10 lbs.
If I eat at buffets, I only have two plates tops.
how much do you weigh ?

Geez Louise

I think 5 seconds is enough for Brady to beat most teams while wearing the ankle boot.

I saw a stat the other nite on ESPN about how Brady has been on every injury report for the past 3 years, he is the only Patriot to be on every injury report this year, and he has played in like 110 straight games...or something like that...go figure

Tom Brady was absent from the New England Patriots' locker room for the second straight day on Friday, and once again Patriots coach Bill Belichick did not discuss the status of his star quarterback.

Brady was not in the locker room during the 45-minute media-access portion of Friday's practice - the latest development in the ongoing saga involving the league MVP's injured right ankle.

For the second consecutive day, Belichick refused to comment on whether Brady would practice.

"Not now," Belichick said. "We'll see."

Brady missed practice on Thursday, when the Patriots held their first workout since beating the San Diego Chargers in last Sunday's AFC championship game.

The normally stone-faced Belichick seemed out of character during Thursday's news conference, joking with reporters that the team was "excited" to release its injury report next Wednesday.

Belichick poked fun at reporters once again on Friday, questioning whether they were on a Brady "deadline".

"(I'll) let you know after practice," he said. "Or does everybody have a deadline before then?"

Nursing a high ankle sprain, Brady was photographed on Monday wearing a walking boot outside his supermodel girlfriend's apartment in New York City.

Brady has said the injury he suffered in the AFC championship game would not keep him out of Super Bowl XLII against the New York Giants on February 3.
...............................................................

You got to agree that a QB that is going to be in the Superbowl does not miss the first day of practise. Unless they are injured that is.

So the question is. How does that affect my thinking on this wager.

On what team will win the Super Bowl.

It seems simple enough.

I smell money and it smells green.

You may smell money, and it may smell green,
but the reason it seems simple enough is because
you have your nose firmly planted between the
cheeks of Tom Brady's ass. Only then will you
meet anyone on Glory Road that comes anywhere
close to Victory Fuc$in Lane.

BRADY/BELICHEET -12 :Yep: :Yep: :Yep:
