Braves purchased the contract of RHP Bryse Wilson from Triple-A Gwinnett.
Wilson will make his major league debut Monday in Pittsburgh, pushing Kevin Gausman back to Tuesday and giving all members of the Braves' rotation some extra rest.
The 20-year-old has put up an impressive 3.27 ERA and 139/35 K/BB ratio over 123 2/3 innings this season between three different levels in the minors. He tossed eight scoreless innings with 13 strikeouts, no walks, and just one hit allowed in his most recent start in Triple-A. It will only be a spot start for Wilson.
