Saturday@ Oak Tree

Race 2 -Turf Sprint

I'm feelin #2 Fleeting Spirit. This invader has already won close to a half a million dollars in just 8 starts.

$2 ex 2/1,5,6,11,12,13,14 Box cost $28 lost
$20 show 2 cost $20 lost

Taking a chance here on #2 Surf Cat. Only lost by a combined 3 3/4 lengths in 2 races against the ML favorite #8 Well Armed.

Race 4 -The Mile

Yep, you guessed it. Another 2 horse! #2 Kip Deville is a monster. Recent losses include the likes of Shakespeare, Buzzards Bay and The Tin Man. Should stalk the lead and Dutrow will have this one ready, but this one is WIDE OPEN.

$1 ex 2/ALL cost $10 lost
$1 ex ALL/2 cost $10 Won $13.90
$20 Show 2 cost $20 Won $34

Damn...another 2 horse. #2 Street Boss has just enough tatictal speed to stalk and pounce down the stretch. Flores is 3-4 with this one and the loan loss by 1/2 length to another speed demon in this race Cost Of Freedom he was stuck out 5 wide and still came strong.

Race 8- Turf

Going with the O'Brien/Murtagh angle here. 2.5mil in 12 lifetime starts. #4 Soldier Of Fortune has been going up against MUCH BETTER and already beat #2 Red Rocks (ML 2nd choice) by 7 Lengths earlier this year.

$2 ex 4/2,9,10,11 Box cost $16 loss
$20 Show 4 cost $20 loss

Race 9- Classic

Pretty easy here. No need to over think this one.
#9 Curlin is the choice. Simple, even his close to best beats these. Will key him on top and bottom.

$2 ex 9/2,4,5,6,8,11,12 Box cost $28 Loss
$60 Show 9 cost $60 loss

Playing show wagers only along with exotics. Normally the pools pay out pretty nice with these big fields and chalk sometimes missing the board. Didn't fair as well as expected yesterday with the $100 show bets, so cutting back. Speaking of cutting back, Gonna stop playing the Ponies after today. Hard to jugle family, capping games, playng poker and betting horses. 4 times a year will be it for me from now on. (Breeders,Derby, Belmont andPreakness).

Total Wagered $374
Total Won $95.50

Overall -($278.00)

Good luck Players and enjoy the races!
