Thinking about the over this afternoon, neither of these pitchers have been setting the world on fire lately.

Zambrano just called up from the minors, I look for him to come out throwing gas early but it seems like he gets rattled too easy. Whether it's a defensive misque or not getting a call he becomes visibly upset on the mound.
Figueroa has had 8 of his last 9 starts going over and 7 of the last 8 Cubs games have gone over.
Of course there is always the enigma that is the Cub's pen to help push this baby over.

I'll second that...2 scrubs on the mound and these batters can't hit a donkey's ass with a handful of pebbles.

Bellhorn always seems like Mr. Clutch when I have money against the Cubs, but he has already K'd twice against crappy Figueroa with men in scoring position:shrug:

why did they let Zambrano hit?? i know he got a double and is pitching well, but hell, they had a chace the end the game with a big inning, and he did pitch 6 innings and will probley be tried for the late innigs.....just my two cents.....
they got a run out of the inning with a walk, but still get a pinch hitter in the game, and he gets a single, you have two runs with only one out still.....
