that was also their first 23 games..


smurphy that not a big stretch as one might think..

switch 7 wins instead of loses and they are 50-47

not out of the realm of playoff contender

still be might tuff in that Central though..

3-6 vs The Redbirds and can't ask for better than .500 vs them..

they would still 8 or 9 back in the Central

but certainly a stab at a playoff spot..

I will continue to record the #'s vs them since that was the question that was raised.

as it has turned out the Phillies were the money tree..

46 of their 63 loses have been by 2 runs or more..

that's run line parlay heaven..
