Sounds like a disgruntled ex employee to me. We finally got over one cancer in the league, we are trying to avoid another. Thank you.

The league is seeing an all time high in ratings (50 mm on rams game). Simply amazing. People are tuning back in finally. Nfl is entertainment and a distraction. People watch to get away from their Daily routine for a few hours a day. Hopefully this won?t turn into the shit show that crashed the ratings and attendance a few years ago.

No matter how many Rules (Rooney) there are, Billionaire Owners are not gonna be told what to do. They are in charge & are gonna do whatever they want...that's how they became Billionaires. :yup As for the Coach Flores & his situation remember this: Weak people blame others...Strong people carry on with their lives.

I think firing the Houston coach after only 1 season was wrong especially with the Deshan Watson mess he inherited. Miami coach had 3 years and a losing record. Owner should have every right to fire him.
Marvin Lewis got 16 years in Cincy and was 0-7 in his only playoff games. He did win just over 50% of his games.
Zimmer was fired with a 55% winning record.
Stupid Rooney rule. Hire the best man/woman for the job. If you think Erin Andrews can win games then hire her.

Please explain.....

Please explain.....

Ryan Poles was the GM in Kansas City for several years, with Andy Reid as HC and Eric Bieniemy as OC.

The Bears supported the Rooney Rule by interviewing Poles, after he had left Kansas City, and recently hired him into their GM role.

With the league wide intensity on promoting minorities to head coaches, how on earth do the Bears fill their HC position without considering or interviewing Eric Bieniemy???????????????????????????????????????????????

So much for the pipeline theory that minority GM's will lead to minority hiring at the HC level.

Ryan Poles must be a racist!!

Love the crowd ready to immediately believe every word of Flores; and now Hue Jackson; story .....almost like Jussie Smollet was a fictional story waaaay back when.

I find it more disappointing that some people think everyone is lying until it's proven true.

No shit. So, when someone accuses someone, don't you think they should have the benefit of the doubt?

Kind of let it sort out?

what do you mean by "benefit of the doubt"?...of course he`ll get due process...goodell is already wringing his hands...but he should have to "prove" his case beyond a reasonable doubt, not the other way around...

that crap with him accusing elway of not being serious because "he was disheveled" made my antenna go up(from what i`ve seen of elway, that`s pretty much s.o.p.).....

i`ll say this......something will come of this because the sports media will bring holy hell down on the nfl if flores doesn`t get his pound of flesh...the media has already decided...

I mean just that.

If I say, "Jim Smith threw a rock through my window", isnt that where we should start?

Why is it okay now to just say, "He's probably full of shit", and automatically dismiss the accusation of someone?

he filed a lawsuit(it`s a legal matter at this point)..nobody can dismiss that out of hand.....but he doesn`t get "the benefit of the doubt"...he gets due process...like everybody else...

I see good ole 3-36-1 hue Jackson has already "clarified" his story and now has another "description" with "documentation" that he'll provide at a later date.

All this to try and prove teams in the NFL may have wanted to tank? The NBA is laughing their ass off as their teams create catchy slogans they use for years when tanking and nobody says a word.
