TRessel won the national title with Coop's recruits and a big boost from Maurice Clarett! While Tressles recruiting classes have been rated as good to excellent he has missed on recruiting the areas on the interior lines for both sides of the ball and you are seeing the effects of this today. I think Buckeye fans may be looking at a rebuilding process similar to what Nebraska is going through but not quite as severe, as the Buckeye's do not have a player on their team at the position of QB that is capable of leading them to a BCS berth. The RB situatiuon is terrible as Ross should be riding the bench and Pittman will not hold up over a extended period of playing time, Troy Smith would be the best option in the backfield as starting RB at this point as he will not succeed in Tressels system as a QB.

yep...meant to say where he belongs as i think Ohio State is a great program.....

the guy used Cooper's players and a stud RB along with lots of fortunate outcomes to win and now his team looks like ass

Um, guys. Tressel won a national title two years ago. I think calling him a "bum" is a bit premature. Keep in mind he lost like 17 players to the NFL this year.

Good insight. Not to mention they won the national title with a phantom "pass interference" call vs. Miami in the title game.
