I think it's completely inappropriate for a television news reporter/host to essentially put down the value of one religion for the values of the one he believes in. Especially on a network that supposedly maintains a stance of being fair and balanced.

But of course, they aren't, he isn't, and that's S.O.P. for a self-professed conservative that stands in personal judgment of other people's choice of religion. So, does Hume consider the Christian faith to be a less helpful faith when so many of the people he holds to be representatives of his favored political party have tossed their morals and values aside for sex, drugs, and rock and roll? Somehow, I doubt it.
