Your "facts" are government derived statistics - from departments where inside sources have openly told the media that the data is made up.

If you want to call those 'facts" so be it.

Proof will be in the pudding - when the system all melts down anyway.

Hear that the SC will be hearing 2 new cases on the ACA? Not sure if this is true but apparently an Ohio Law professor did some research on the bill and it has led to a new legal case......

SURE THING. He can line up with the other lawyers who think they can "nullify" Federal law and succeed from the Union.

Anyone can file with the SCOTUS....anyone at all...few are heard and even fewer win.

New legal case? That happens all day, every day.

Just ask the famous lawyer Orly Taitz. She's filed a zillion cases against Obama, has lost every one, and has been fined and admonished every time. She's been kicked so hard and so often by the courts that she looks like a redass Baboon.

Filing a case means absolutely nothing. Just one more scumbag lawyer seeking his 15 minutes of fame.
