According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, "all signs" point to the Browns drafting a quarterback with the No. 2 overall pick.

Speaking at the Combine on Wednesday, new coach Hue Jackson stopped short of guaranteeing the Browns would take a quarterback at No. 2, but he did guarantee the Browns would draft a quarterback this year. And to get a starter in the NFL, it requires a first-round pick far more often than not.

The Plain Dealer expects the Browns to ultimately decide between California's Jared Goff and North Dakota State's Carson Wentz at No. 2 overall.

There has been talk that Goff's hands are too small & Mike Mayock has stated that Wentz's ceiling is similar to Andrew Luck so I think Cleveland will take Wentz at #2....
