other site again...

yes, this must be due to the current share structure within the companies of SZNG. By acquiring these two, Nord effectively owns 41% of the company. This gives us an eye into the negotiations approach. http://www.szng.ru

i agree with the statement below..
NDOL may go sideways for a few days as the day traders and short termers exit and the savvy and long termers accumulate.

The huge potential is if this merger can get them (the combined new entity) listed on the Amex or another domestic exchange

other site...Makarov=CEO od NDOL

If Makarov et al hold considerable shares of NDOL then why would they make a business decision to slit their own throat in more ways than one? Allegedly, Makarov et al could have agreed to the unsolicited offer for $2.17/share, cashed out and moved on. Instead, Nord Oil chose the path of a merger with North West. Would it not be counter-intuitive to negotiate a deal that did not produce a very high likelihood of a pps > $2.17 as well as immediate liquidity? So I guess we could be dealing with 1) a brilliantly executed scam; 2) moronic business negotiators; or 3) a deal which will serve the long-term benefit of shareholders in pps and liquidity. I believe, as a matter of personal opinion, the latter to be true.

Furthermore, I also believe the Nord Oil team realizes many shareholders of AURC are watching NDOL as a bellwether for how they will be treated. Spoiling the pond over at NDOL could doom investor perception of AURC. Again, all of this is pure opinion and an exercise in logical thought.

The reason why this is trading so low, is because very little is known at this point about North-West. This will all change by the 15th, when the 8-k is filed with the SEC.

Gerald Parkin, Director of Legal Affairs, has assured us that our stock will not be restricted.

If the 8-k shows North-West to be a profitable company, then the pps will move towards 2.00 in a very quick fashion.

s_dooley, 3.00 isnt an immediate number....but....yes....the uplisting to the OTCBB will play a big role. The AMEX is still down the road. I feel we'll start moving towards 3.00 when production begins. North-Wests shares will be restricted, due to the fact that they are a private company, and are not currently trading.

Good Luck To Us

A lot of excitement here heading into Monday. I don't feel that the 8-k will show huge numbers with North-West, but definitely will show them to be a profitable company. One thing that should be noted: This merger may have not gone through if North-West had been victorious elsewhere. They were involved in a bidding war for another company at the same time they were in talks with NDOL. That deal was in the neighborhood of $4 Billion. That shows you how big of a player this company really is.

I believe the Synergy created by this merger will be dynamic. The move to the OTCBB will bring a slew of new investors. Production beginning in the Samara region, coupled with the fact that only 36 million shares will be tradable for quite some time.

The potential here is enormous. Speculating on where the pps could go is always just that, speculation. However, excellent DD has been done to show that, in a year or a year and a half's time, the $5-8 range per share is very doable.

Good Luck To Us

What A Week I'm Hoping This Will Be.

Thought I'd share an email this week to a poster on another site from Gerald Parkins, NDOL Director of Legal Affairs.

Greeting Marianne,My sister name is Marian and she sure is not a southern girl ! Our company Monimpex International was instrumental in bringing these 2 companies public. They asked us to be on the Board because of our expertise in the North America stock markets. That is the only relationship beside the fact that we have great influence to westernize the operations. Nevertheless, they are true experts in their own fields. Russians are excellent miners whether in gold or oil. Nord Oil following the merger all SEC reports should be filed on Monday that is why we are working on Saturday. Later this week we shall publish the consolidated financial statements. The public will realize the size and strength of North West and the reason why this merger was done. Newws will be issued on a regular basis. There is an independant report on the Company at http://www.more-ir.de/d/10156.pdf. This was done because it is listed on the Frankfurt Exchange. AURUS this company, as you can see on its website www.auruscorp.com has great assets in its various deposits. Every expert agrees that the price of the stock is way undervalued. In the financials it is indicated that the assets are over 4 billion$ but that the liabilities are the same. This large debt scared some people but under Russin legislation the liability is entered as such because the deposits have not undergone extensive work. This liability is not a debt in the classical sense no money is owed to third parties.

Well....s_dooley....they didnt react much at all, and, frankly, I don't blame them.

Investors feel they got burnt with the buyout-turned-merger, and need to see hard numbers. If the 8-k and 10q come out tomorrow and these figures and other good stuff, we're off and rolling.

9 straight down days. Enought of that sh*t!!!

No matter how you slice it or what kind of contrarian view you have on oil, a company with 200 million barrels in reserve should not be trading under $1.

Hopefully, after the Feds receive the numbers verifying that they actually have this, we won't see prices under a dollar for long. They're hardly even a company yet.

Tomorrow or Monday is the day. We've been told now that it will be tomorrow. At what time, though, is anyone's guess.

Parkin also reitterated in an email the company's intentions to move to higher exchanges. Great news. This should come out in a PR soon.

Good Luck To Us, and for god's sake let tomorrow be the one that snaps 10 straight down days.

Any guess as to what is going to happen with the stock? My little voice told me to sell at 1.30 when the stock didn't head towards the buyout price of $2.20. The other little voice (greed) said don't do it. Greed won out and lost. Now it looks like some more decent news and the price keeps dropping. What is wrong in this picture? Any input is welcome.

From Parkin 12:30 POM

The consolidated financial statements that are normally included in the 8K will be released this afternoon in a news release.

The actual filing with the SEC of this information requires audited financial statements of North West Oil Group for the past year?this will be completed in 48 hours but it will be a repetition of the info in the financials in the news release.
