He missed the tag. There are photos posted in another thread. It's definitely not the worst call ever.
He missed his arm but the tag was made, Lugo knew he was tagged watch his reaction as he gets up, and the catcher knew he made the tag by immediately blowing a cork.
This UMP should apologize today or Hurdle should say.

I don't understand how their cannot be consequences for that umpire after a call like that. Instant replay has to be used, if the umpires are truly as imcompetent as they have shown this year. Some of the game-deciding calls have been so brutally bad, you almost should start checking to see if they are taking kickbacks from the mob!
