Line: Philadelphia Phillies @ Los Angeles Dodgers Over 7? +105

Pitchers: C. Hamels -L - Must Pitch C Kershaw -L - Must Pitch

*2 good offenses
*Hamels struggle in early games and this year in general
*Phillies bullpen sucks
*Kershaw is good for a couple runs from jitters/inexperience/walks

thanks...my "gut" and "instincts" tell me over. I know we have 2 LHP's and good ones at that, but I just think these 2 offense are too good to stay under the tresh. Especially factoring in Philly bullpen, Hamels struggles, Kershaw youth/walks, and Kershaw not great #'s this year against Philly(even though it was all the way back in May and June).

I think best value is in this play.

*Pedro isn't the old Pedro
*Phillies pen still sucks(Lidge didn't look good IMO last night, he was bailed out by Blakes poor hitting. Switch Blake with Loney in the BA last night and the Dodgers win that game.)
*STILL 2 good offenses
*Padilla has been solid for the Dodgers, but in his 1 career start vs Philly, he was demolished.

I think this one goes wayyyy over, just like last night.

Pitchers: J. Lackey -R - Must Pitch C. Sabathia -L - Must Pitch

*Lackey and CC were both great in their first 2 starts, but both have sub-par numbers against each team.
*Posada is catching, so LAA will have alot of runners in scoring position.
*CC's playoff win against MIN wasn't impressive, IMO. He could've gotten rocked, but was saved by his 8k's and poor clutch hitting by MIN.
*Lets not forget Lackey was inconsistant at seasons end.

Only thing that scares me is CC being a lefty and neutralizing Morales and Abreu.

Bucs you, as well as lucena are two of my favorites when it comes to the bases. Lucena has dodger team total under 4.5....do you think that philly will be doing a lot of the scoring for it to go over>??? just curious man and gl

Personally and honestly, the biggest thing I think going for an UNDER, is that it's a day game. That does kind of scare me.

Padilla can be good at times, but I still think he's worth a few runs.

Pedro won't go more than 5 innings, but if he does, it's because he's dealing...and we won't have a chance anyways. I think Pedro gives up atleast 4 runs himself. Padilla gives up 2 or 3, and the bullpens(Philly particularly) takes care of the rest.

Dodgers might be the best lean, but as you can tell...I like playing totals and getting my best $$ worth.

Thanks, and good luck to which you choose.
