Bucs declared DT Gerald McCoy, DT Clinton McDonald, DE Robert Ayers, WR Cecil Shorts, RB Doug Martin, TE Luke Stocker, and OG Caleb Benenoch inactive for Week 5 against the Panthers.

McCoy (calf), McDonald (hamstring), and Ayers (ankle) are the Bucs' three best defensive linemen. Shorts hasn't played since Week 2 and is curiously still occupying a roster spot for some reason. Martin (hamstring) remains another week away. Jacquizz Rodgers will get the start at running back.

Ted Ginn (foot) and Devin Funchess (foot) are both active for Monday night's Week 5 game against the Bucs.

Both were listed as questionable. Mike Tolbert (hamstring) and DE Charles Johnson (quad) are active as well.

Inactive for the Panthers are QB Cam Newton (concussion), RB Jonathan Stewart (hamstring), LT Michael Oher (concussion), WR Damiere Byrd, CB James Bradberry, LB Jeremy Cash, and DT Vernon Butler. Derek Anderson will get the start in place on Newton.

hopefully the panthers hit the RAPIST PUKE WINSTON so hard he DIES..how anyone can root for that FELON is beyond reason..:director::mad::cuss:
