Have ready: 4 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tblspns melted butter
juice from 2 lemons
1/8 tspn salt
1 tspn cinnamon
1/2 tspn vanilla
1-1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup raisins or chopped dates
1 apple, finely diced
1 cup shredded coconut
Mix everything together and pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan
Bake at 325 for 50 min.
