if toledo played ANY defense, they could win the entire mac tourney. they should have won in bowling green, could have won in nevada (bad defense in the final 0:05), and then dominated wmu last weekend in toledo. they could be a legit sleeper.
as for buffalo- you hit the nail on the head. to their credit- the program is FINALLY moving in the right direction. but tourney play is a whole new ball game. like you said- with the way wmu, kent, and miami play defense (especially when the tourney get to the gund), they become a non-factor.
toledo is the wild card. those guards are excellent. im nowhere near as sold on vallencia (sp?) as you are- every time i see him play he is garbage. but those guards are awesome. tripplet, villegas, and ingram are absolute studs. and believe it or not, i like that white kid that gets minutes in the middle (the freshman from lakewood- not that piece of shit shellabarger)
