i cheer for the bull....i mean,he`s going to die anyway....not for food, but for people`s amusement......this is no different than a canned hunt....with the exception that the bull gets lucky every now and again and the matador has more balls than most hunters....

i find it completely different than slaughtering animals for food...

you go in the ring to become rich and a hero and you takes your chances.....

this guy wasn`t lucky...

but hey, i root against michael vick every weekend...

It has nothing to do with what regard you hold the Bull's or the idiot Matador's life because your regard doesn't amount to shit in the large scheme of things.

The facts are, if you choose to believe in them, are that both the Bull and The idiot are God's creatures and to ritualistically slaughter another one of God's creatures is a friggin travesty. This isn't for meat or to feed the masses it is to commit a cruel act upon a creature for amusement and it is disgusting. However the murdering bastard knew the consequences when he stepped in the ring and as many soap boxes that have been stood upon in the name of the "Cultural significance" of the barbaric sport, he deserved what he got and I hope he suffered like the bull ultimately did. How anyone thinks that just because they are human that they have the right to slaughter innocence is about as far from human as one can get.

Bullfighting no longer takes place in Barcelona, Spain. Last fight was a month ago.

Some of you are sick fucks. Period.

Pulling for the dismemberment of another human being is disgusting.

Posting someone's unfortunate demise is disgusting.

I skipped the photo and read some comments.

My problem is with anyone who actively roots on the the death and mauling of a human being. While I do not condone the behavior of the matador, I am unwilling to cheer on his demise or sit around while others do so. Think about it, he is most likely a father, a son, a brother and husband. Several in this thread make me sick.

For me it ain't the rooting for the death of a human - that stupid fuck made a conscious decision to get in the ring with a fucking bull and try to kill it. The bull is the underdog and the sick fuck in the ring is in idiot - now should the bull kill the matador - so what. His choice and remember this - the species just got stronger.

THAT being said - you guys sure are sensitive.

So the bull hurt a matador, big fucking deal, they torture these animals before they ultimately kill him. I agree I pull for the bull. Its one thing if your going to eat him, but just for sport is disgusting. These things should be stopped, hey the matador lost, big deal that was the chance he took to enter the ring, sometimes the bull wins, hope they win a few more:sadwave:

The day you stand on your own feet and think for yourself is the day that you will begin to earn the respect of those around you.

To be clear, I find bullfighting despicable, and am no way condoning it. I honestly can't believe that it exists in modern times.

I don't see how so many fail to note/comprehend your statement above.

Don't know how plainer you could have made it.

Would appear to me your question in this thread (as well as mine) is not about inhumanity to animals as I don't see anyone supporting the
abuse of bull or bull fighting in general.

--but rather the posters theme in general--

" i admit i smiled when bulls horn popped matadors eye out:"

I can see reason to cheer for the bull in bull fight-- but have hard time smiling at traumatic injuries.

if you`re cheering for the bull, then what exactly are you cheering for?....an escape?....a negotiation?.....a beer summit?

imo, there is a difference between wanton cruelty and the cruel nature of killing to eat......the latter is inevitable and part of life, while the former is cruelty for no good reason except to serve some depraved perversion....

i think that`s why people weren`t upset that karma bit that bullfighter on the ass.....

I couldn't see anyone hating cruelity to animals any worse than myself--I just can't bring myself to smile at person getting gored in the eye either.

--and disagree with those that assume-

A:-- if one is against bullfighting or abuse of animals-- then
B: he must automatically be smiling at seeing eyes gouged out of matador.

still like to get a little clarification on "it`s o.k. to root for the bull"...root for the bull to what?

i see some contradiction here...

I don't like seeing anyone lose an eyeball or killed, this sport needs to be outlawed

As in running of the bull--or bullfights--I find it amusing when the runners or matador get their ass busted--
however-
--gored in the eye--stomach -throat etc--I look at a bit differently. Probably just me though :SIB
