I agree the system sucks, the only way to ever get a playoff system is if the big 12 gets screwed, these greedy commissioners especially the Big 12 commish are anti-playoffs

Texas is going to get slaughtered in the NC game. Nebraska blew the game by kicking the ball out of bounds and then the horse collar call. Nebraska should have won the game period.

I could have more than lived with Texas being left out for Utah but not OU.
I can feel for any fan of TCU or Boise or Cincy as I was sitting here head scratching about a team Texas beat.

By the way Cincy may pass TCU in the BCS rankings anyway. They just won at BCS #15 so they will go up in computer polls.

If the line is 48.5 I will be on the under big time, Texas is a good team no doubt and to assume they would get killed by Alabama after they lucked out against Tennessee and got lucky the next week too, Mcelroy will be under pressure by Texas, Ingram will be stopped, it should be strength against strength, I hope Texas wins and will be pulling for them, based on today Alabama rolls and the linesmakers will make sure to take advantage of that.
Hilarious how the Texas fans are STILL bitter from being left out of last year's NC game. A little ironic though how they are now claiming to be the best team to go because of the system when the system was what left them out last year.

Also you can say Texas played soft schedule non conf. but Utah scewed Texas this year by dropping the home and home series because they thought a lose would kill a BCS bid chance.

Ya ya and Texas lost to a team that they didn't think even deserved to be in the argument for the Big XII title, Texas Tech. The kicker to the whole deal is that the majority of the Big XII coaches voted to keep the exact same system in place meaning that they agreed with how it worked out last year.
Nobody talked about TT getting screwed because they lost by 124 to OU. People talk about Texas non conference then why don't we talk about TT non conference. Based on tiebreakers in every conference, the Big12 is the only conference where Texas would not have gone to the championship. These individual conference rules blow.
Another thing is every conference should have a title game or no conference should have one.
Talk about unbalanced.
It seems people in the country have a serious hatred for Texas for some reason and really have no idea why. I went to the Texas/Rice basketball game last week and Rice students acted like Hitler and his Nazi buddies just entered the gym. Maybe they were bitter because it was a Rice home game and the stands were 85% Orange.
