IMO Dale Earnhardt Jr is strictly the car to beat. He is using the #3 car which always gets the sentiments up, plus he is the best driver at the track. The only real upsets I can see are Jeff Green or possibly Jeff Burton.

Of the matchups I've seen I really like Kenny Wallace over Greg Biffle (Biffle is badly banged up after last week's crash with Purvis) and also Dale Jr over Burton.

fwiw:

GREG BIFFLE-60-Grainger Ford Taurus (Qualified 29th) - "That wasn't what we were hoping for. We were sixth fastest in practice and that's going to drop us into the 20s. We changed the car around so much after practice that I just missed my marks in 1 and 2. I drove in too deep and too high both laps in a row. I didn't get it to the bottom and that cost me three or four tenths, and that's the difference between being in the top 10 and the top 20. I think this is a better race car than what we showed in qualifying, so we're not too worried about tomorrow." TODAY WAS YOUR FIRST TIME BACK IN A RACE CAR SINCE NAZARETH LAST WEEK. ARE YOU FEELING ANY NAGGING INJURIES? "I feel great. I'm good and I'm not feeling sore. I got checked out yesterday and when I got in the car first thing this morning it was business as usual."

i think biffle has a shot at winning the race if he doesn't get a stupid penalty, if he doesn't become impatient and get into a wreck, and if his pit crew can avoid 20 second green flag pit stops.
which are all pretty big if's for greg biffle. but he is 15-1 and has had the best car several times in the last few races.

good luck.

Looks like it's 2 to 2...

Looks like it's 2 to 2...

I lean to Biffle also in that matchup.......and we can't be the only ones sandwedge. He was -130 ov Wallace yesterday, and it closed -175.

Other than that, I really didn't see much for this race........nothing that I would straight bet at least. ;)

Biffle should have won. He was by far and away fastest at the end.

Anyways tomorrow is the Coca Cola 600 and I'm all over Newman and Stewart.
