Not entirely sure that Sirius will be shooting through the roof. Currently Sirius has 600,000 subscribers and to cover the cost of getting Stern, Sirius needs to add an additional 1,000,000 subscribers to break even on the acquisition of Stern.

To me, this is a wait and see stock. Could be wrong, I have been wrong many times before. Best of luck on your investment.

Sirius went up 15% the DAY Stern was announced. If you go t in the day b4 you scored big!!! but now its no bargain imho.

This is a great investment for over the nexy12-24 months...Stern will constantly get his listeners to subscribe......they will get the one million probably more.............

I BOUGHT IN AT $4.85 AND SOLD AT $6.55. A NICE PROFIT EVEN AFTER SHORT TERM TAXES. THANKS FOR THE TIP. I BUY STOCK TO GET IN AND OUT AND HAVE DONE PRETTY GOOD. SELKIRK IS DOING WELL, BUT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS DOING. I DON'T HAVE HIS STOCK SAVVY. I HAVE POSTED A COUPLE OF THE STOCK I BOUGHT AND IF YOU BOUGHT THEM AT THAT TIME AND SOLD AS I SAID YOU WOULD HAVE MADE MONEY. IT IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND IT IS SHORT TERM GAIN. I LOVE IT. ONE I BOUGHT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO IS EELN. I BOUGHT IT AT $2.30 AND SHOULD GO UP TO $3.30 - $4.00 AND I PUT SELL ORDERS IN STARTING AT $2.90 ON UP. IT WORKS GREAT.
THANKS AGAIN FOR THE TIP. I MAY BUY SOME BACK BECAUSE IT DOES FLUCTUATE ENOUGH TO DO DAY TRADING. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
LET'S KEEP THESE TIPS COMING

I DID BUY SOME BACK AT $6.45 AND SOLD IT TODAY AT $7.60. I HAVE A BUY ORDER IN AT $7.10 AND WILL WATCH IT CLOSELY.
I REALLY LIKE STOCKS THAT FLUCUATE .50 OR MORE EVERY FEW DAYS.
THANKS AGAIN FOR THIS HOT TIP.

SIRI is a traders dream. I have some shares of it that I am holding and I have been trading all the way up too. I bought a stock called BSQR a few weeks ago and am just holding it. It is a profitable company selling under $2 a share. I got in at .90 and it had been a slow steady gainer until today ehen it kind of popped. It is trading at $1.60 in the After Market and looks strong. Low float and profits!

Ok I've read all of the Threads concerning Sirius and I'm still not sure about the long run investment.
Where do you think they will top off at in the next 24 months?

WHEN I SAW IT DROP TODAY AND I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY BROKER (GLAD HE DIDN'T CALL ME RIGHT BACK WHEN IT WAS AT $6.60) I WAS ABLE TO SELL AT $7.50. WHEW, GOT A LUCKY BREAK, DOESN'T OFTEN HAPPEN THAT WAY. THIS HAS BEEN A GOOD STOCK FOR ME!!!!

No ... I didn't have any Sirius Stock to sell but I'm thinking that I'd like the buy some for the LONG TERM INVESTMENT. I mean hold onto to it for a few years like those people that bought Sears when they were kids and the grandkids are finding Sears bonds in old rusty boxes worth thousands.

That's what I'm asking ... since it dropped maybe this would be a good long buy because this is going to catch on. I even heard Regis talking about doing a show on Sirius. In a few years, they're gonna have a nice lineup and I'm thinking the stock then will be in the double digits.

agree to a point-If you are talking long term (over 5 years) you have to assume the medium takes off and does not fail...not knowing puts it in the high risk category.......I sold all mine but I carry $0 worth of stocks long term....................
