I had thought better about it even before your last post--then I was glad I didn't--now I'm having 2nd thoughts again--

--Just a simple transparent real- what you see is what you get person.

A suggestion if I may--you'll be hard pressed to find better opp to purchase home in next six months--per prices and interest rates--spend less time in bars and more time working toward that goal and you will thank yourself later on.

Thanks for the advice. In no hurry at all on buying though. No indication that prices will go up and no way I could find something as ideal as my rental location - within walking distance of 40 bars.:00hour

I am in office 7 days a week from 4am-to about 11 am--depending on afternoon tee time
If you call during that time I will be there and I will answer the phone myself--if you call after I'm gone either Susan-Donna-Libby or Nicole will answer and take message--I will return call promptly next morning----Cell phone is same as office except prefix is 791--however unless I am in car you will not get me--I never carry cell phone. You can also call 800 directory for business and save expense of call.
On the girls--I would not want to give impression I have 4 girls work for me--Our office has 2 accounting firms and myself and girls network and answer all phones.

Don't have voice mail and never did and never will.
Have been on this schedule last 10 years after busting my ass previous 15 and serves me well.
