I, for the most part, don't believe college football is influenced by Vegas like the NFL is.. but someone please come up with an argument that this game wasn't fixed...
With you 100% Corley. There is no other reason to kick a field goal down 42 than to cover the spread. I didn't have either side but if this doesn't stink then I don't know what would
I think the evidence is why did BYU kick their FG when they could have gone for it on 4th down. That FG gave them the cover. If that was the last score, you could argue that they only kicked it for the cover.
I think some games are "influenced" but, I'm not sure this was it.
