How about Josh Pastner - Seems like he's got a good recruiting class every year but barely makes the tournament or when they do, get bounced and waxed.

Last year I took them against Wisky in the tourney

During game sideline reporter starts talking about how Cal showed his players zero Wisky tape!!!

Not completely true... 2 of his starters are out with season ending injuries and they are both very good players... Rosco is a monster and the big European sophomore is also very good
