As a follower of uw hoops, the formula to beat them is points in the paint. Frank is thin and does not want to foul and Hayes and dekker are not "bigs". In addition, they have no depth. Sparty scored in the paint at will with their weak front line in the big 10 title game and Arizona scrored at will inside, but had foul trouble and lacked focus. Why cal did not pound the paint with his 7 foot lottery picks is beyond me.

Ya I was wondering why they didn't go inside more often... I think whiskey got some pretty generous calls however it appeared as if caliperi was coaching to lose.... for example I think the use of his timeouts was terrible. ...
