They are playing like sh*t, no doubt - should have lost last game by all rights.
That said I am playing them small tomorrow plus 5 and a half - it's more of an Illinois fade than anything else. I certainly wouldn't bet the farm, though.
Also am playing Cal +8 regular and Wisc -3 double, along with Central Michigan +10 triple and CMU +425 for a half unit.
