Can someone please explain side/money/total

I dont' want to post the site, but most of you probably know what Im talking about. It shows the publics % of where the action is. The Betting Trend states: side money total
chargers 33 77 22%
bears 67 23 78%
Im guessing Money means money line and side means ats, is this correct? Thanks for any info.
