Can the Bulls be the 1st team ever to come back and win the last 4 games of the series after being down 3-0?

This series has been amazing.. going from Detroit's domination in games 1 and 2, Chicago's domination for 3 quarters and utter collapse in the 4th in game 3, and Chicago's domination in games 4 and 5.

Have the Bulls figured out Det and can they win the series?

The sad thing is, these are easily the 2 best teams in the East - and one of them's gotta go...

I realize the conventional wisdom is that the Bulls may win tonight, but will get buried in game 7 in Detroit on Monday (if they win tonite).

Why can't Chicago go back into Detroit and win a game 7? Yes, they'd have to shoot well again, but they are capable, aren't they?

Thoughts?

i'll hold off my game 7 thoughts and predictions until their actually is a game 7 scheduled.

keep in mind the bulls have gone out in similar fashion the last 2 years....losing game 6 (once at home, once on the road)......personally i think it will be a tight game tongiht as the bulls have the full attention of the pistions......as a bulls fan i'll take a 1 point win and move on to game 7.

I see no reason why the Bulls can't pull this game out. They just beat a motivated Detroit team in Detriot. The pistons obviously wanted to close them out at home and not have to get on a plane and risk a game 7. Maybe the Pistons wake up and get back to their former dominance. Maybe the Bulls tighten up and go back to their former ineptitude but I will be laying some money down on the Bulls to pull this game out and force a game 7.

I am not sure I can agree that the Pistons were "motivated" at home in Game 5 after starting the series 3-0.

"I can't say we did that intentionally, but it's human nature when you get that kind of a cushion to let up a little bit," Billups said. "Our team, as you know, is not that good with cushions. Unfortunately, we've done that time and time again and have had to go on the road to win."

I like Detroit tonight in a big way.

I don't agree....

1. Too many people on the board like Detroit

2. Chicago has adjusted to Detroit, are no longer intimidated, and have dominated the last 3 games (although only won 2 of them).

3. Chicago is a MUCH better team when playing Thomas and keeping Nocioni off the floor than they are with Nocioni in the game. Nocioni killed them with poor shooting and turnovers. It is not a coincidence that they are playing much better without him killing them and keeping him on the bench.

4. I think Det is starting to get tight, worried about being the only team in history to lose a series after being up 3-0.

The key to the game tonight is Billups - if he stays out of foul trouble, Det has a good chance to win. They are such a different team with him in the game.

That being said, Billups will get in foul trouble again and Chicago forces a game 7 and wins by 15.
