I was looking at the same thing... JOHNSON has had high pitch counts his last few starts, I believe he threw CG in his last, need to check, but, I am going with the CUBS +1.5 and was looking at the OVER also, figuring the same thing. IF AZ beats my run line, it goes OVER if CUBS get three... they may not get em off the BIG UNIT, but maybe the BP. If AZ gets a BIG LEAD, JOHNSON comes out earlier, so that would lead to OVER and cover your Run Line loser. That's my thinking anyway...

Like someone mentioned last nite (Blackcloud?), this is basically their GOY. If they lose tonite, they will likely not see the 1st place again. They will scratch and claw their way to stay close and produce runs.
