I dont need to hire anyone to come here and tell the truth vs his lies....
He made that deal, its was not forced on him at all.
He is upset because he believes wvu got a better offer and says he was drunk at the time
Lots of smoke billowing from this book. You would have to be drunk to make a deposit with these clowns. Wow!
The deal you made with him is irrelevant; let's leave others out of this. The real question is why do I have to deal at all for anything less than my full balance?

I really am sorry you feel that way, so I will just end with this.....
As far as forgiveness, I'm Christian so I have to give it if I expect to receive it when I fuck up (which is more than I care to admit).. So yes I forgive you and truly hope you learn from this disaster.
Thanks for sharing all my emails and I stand by all of them. You'll note I took the high road and shared none of yours. Yes I'm guilty of being Christian (so crucify me) and forgiveness is part of the deal, especially after you begged me for forgiveness leading up to my quoted reply (conveniently left out by you). But forgiveness does not mean I have to accept being fucked over.

just my opinion but I think you should take Jack's advice and just leave the public forum alone
there is really no way it can benefit you
there could be 100 details that others omit, and you want to want to set it straight, but no matter how right you are, there is only 1 detail that people are going to care about.........and that is the fact that you took all these people payments with no questions asked and no problems.......they when it was time for the role reversal, they had issues-
again, im not saying you were wrong or weren't a trooper for hanging in and making things right, the details and intricacies we don't know are probably limitless, but the public will only see it one way.
he made his bed comments and other things are not helping the matter..........I don't know you, but I trust in jack when he says you are legit person- im just giving outside opinion because sometime outside perspectives are exactly what you need to realize things- I think you should just honor all the arrangements you have made, and leave this thread be-

But to put it into context, it was in a response to Griff's email asking me to forgive him some day for what transpired (he conveniently left that part out). Regardless, it has no bearing on whether or not my full balance should be paid.

Its a bad situation, it has no way to work perfect. Shit like this helps nobody. You want to to be paid now and in full, so does everybody else. Is your angle to get lump payout now that you call agreeing to deal and then whining to forums to attempt to change your deal and get the rest?
