In case you were looking for a real answer:
Could you physically drink it? Yes.
It would actually dehydrate you more than if you had not drank anything at all. It will cost your body more water dealing with/processing what is in the urine that the amount of actual water you would get from drinking it.
Short answer, don't drink pee.

Fact: It's one thing to drink dilute (pale) urine, which is 95 percent water. But the more times you pass it through your system, the more toxic the effect on your kidneys. Still, at what point it does more harm than good is a gray area.
