Miami -10.5 over LaSalle ****
Love the canes tonight....Lasalle has played 5 games in 9 days...they beat Peter,So Bama and Penn in ot....and when they played the tougher boys got beat by Northwestern by 8 and 21 vs BC...well the canes are much better then the last 2...LaSalle can score..BJ is a big time player..but Pookie can't shoot..in fact other then BJ they don't really have any solid outside shooters...they lost Jordan last yr and he was so good scoring on his own...their inside guys are green and play no post defense...their defense is really bad...this is a bad matchup for them Canes have some gds that can penetrate...in fact Larranga style of play is "attack the rim" They beat NC,Duke and Virginia last yr...they also have a good frontline in Izundi and Huell at 6'10 and 6'11....but sometimes these guys can't play together because Larrang plays 4 gds..they avg 85 pts a game wining by +40,30 and 30...I know they haven't played anyone but they are big inside,athletic,quick,can penetrate and play great defense...think their defense will slow down the Explorers and Expos cannot stop Brown and Newton...think Canes have enough talent and coaching to be on top of the ACC..if both teams bring their A game canes win by 15-20...
