2 questions come to mind .........Just wondering others thoughts??????

1. Is it really cheating when its not really against the rules placed by baseball???? Also lets not lose sight of the fact that pitchers were probably juicing some too.......just cause they're not huge doesnt mean they dont do steriods. Look at Ben Johnson and others..

2. How do we know major league played didnt juice in the 70's and 80's.........steriods have been around since the 1930's its just guys it could be that guys werent using them to get huge but using them for recovery and stamina.........

On the course!
We'll know who is taking this shit when they have a massive heart attack in their early fifties.

Look at all the pro "rastlers" who have died at a very young age.....

Pretty good article.

I've got one to add to his "possible breakout seasons". . .Donald Zackary Greinke. (Zack)

8-11 last year, but a decent ERA 3.97. 100 K's offset by 26 walks.

I saw him work in Philly one night last year in a game the Royals lost. His heater was up in the 90's and it looked like his curve ball was going about 55 mph.

The dude's a freakin' bone sack. He makes Oil Can Boyd look like John Kruk.

Besides, how can you look past a guy named Zack Greinke? A 'Z' and 2 K's and he violates the "i before e" rule.

He's got the best Scrabble name since Hank Izquierdo.

1. Yes, I believe it is really cheating.

2. We don't know, but players in the 70's and 80's didn't gain 50-60 pounds from their rookie year to their 10th, and no one, to my knowledge, broke Maris's record three times in a 4 year stretch.

Ok.......but what about the guys who put on 40 lbs in college or the minors and then come to the bigs and stay at the same weight.......no one notices because they are the same size as when they entered the league but they did the steriods at a younger age.........they still "cheated" at one time but they dont stand out.
