There may well not be. But I think if Texas beats OSU they will be unbeaten. OU shouldnt even be in the discussion. Nebraska could be a trap game, but Texas D is simply too strong for them but it is in Lincoln.

Same for OSU - one of them will most probably be undefeated.

USC isnt losing. Cal is a joke, stats or no stats. So is ASU. ND's defense will have no answer, and Oregon wont have a prayer away from Eugene. I dislike USC as much as anyone, but I would doubt they even have a single-digit game this year.

I certainly agree on ND.

But to get back on track, my point simply is if there are 2 unbeatens Auburn will get left in the cold again.

I think USC will lose at least twice this year. Do not put any stock in USC win over a terrible Arkansas team like Sun Tzu is doing. he thinks he knows everythinggggggggggggg

...assuming arguendo, that Texas gets by OSU next week, wouldn't they probably have to beat Nebraska twice, barring some team coming out of nowhere to win the north? I agree that the defense carries them, but don't look now, Nebraska has a good defense too...and lst time I looked, Texas still has Mack Brown. :scared

...all in fun, of course. :mj07:

I just don't see any team going unbeaten this season...guess we'll have to wait and see.

I agree that if 2 of those 4 goes unbeaten, Auburn will not likely jump them, but you're right, if Auburn gets left out again, like 2004, there will be an uproar in SEC country. :scared

Has nothing to do with Arkansas game and everything to do with USC's talnet and who they play.

That said...when have you been right about anything?

Nebraska should win the North. I dont think their defense is all that good yet but it is improved. No doubt Mack is still Mack, but for whatever reason the Horns have owned the Huskers, even winning both Big 12 games in Lincoln. Title game would be in KC which would certainly act as another Husker home game.

I believe that all the mentioned teams; USC
Texas and Ohio State could all have 1 loss....
it's way too early predicting out the season
at this point. I believe that Oregon will give
USC all kinds of trouble, with a veteran OL
and emerging running game in "Snoop" Stewart,
that definitely coule be a loss.....

Don't bank on tenny just yet, they have proven
time and again of being a fraud, plus they play in the SEC and could drop a couple,easily......

Texas/Ohio St will be HUGE.....
clearly the winner of that game, has got an inside
track. I believe if Texas wins that game, they have the best possibility of running the table. Whereas, OSU has to face Michigan and Iowa
still.......
