Take the guess work out of how long to boil or cook your corn!!!!!Take a large container and add enough water to submerge as much corn as your making be it 1 cobb or 6,the nice thing here is you only need 2 minutes so if making a dozen ears you don't need a pot to fit all 12 at one time, do 6 and 6.All you do is get your pot and fill it with water and I usually add a quarter cup of sugar and bring water to a boil,once the water is boiling simply add the corn and cook it for 2 minutes,thats it,pull it out after the 2 minutes and enjoy,pops of the cobb,not mushy from over cooking and tastes great.....
