Anybody have one? Do they call you every Sunday and want to discuss issues about the new legislation? I told them I am not discussing it over the phone and to mail me the information. She said they have to get the info over the phone and will keep calling until I take care of it. I told them to quit calling me and to leave me the fuck alone.

Why can't they notify me by mail? I'm not verifying anything with somebody over the phone unless I'M the one making the call.

I think my intention was to handle whatever they wanted until she asked ME for my zip code. I told her she must already know it and I'm not doing this over the phone. That's when the call got heated.

I got my year end statement with the new Terms and Conditions that kick in end of February on Thursday.

No calls though. Have had them for years. My only complaint is the checks they send twice a month for use on big item purchases or what not...
