i have to respectfuly disagree with marine here. a judge isn't going to side with you because of the bad reputation the car dealers carry. there is no proof of any bating and switching. he's going to look at the contract you signed. if you signed it......it's a deal. if you didn't, call the bbu. that will get their attention more than any legal threats. i've seen these things go to court before and i'll tell you, the only time a dealer will settle is if it is an internal dispute. don't waste your cash on retaining a lawyer. '

customers impulse buy every day of the week. 7 days later they want to bring the car back because they don't like it. they threaten with lawsuits 9 out of 10 times. it's never taken seriously. threaten with the bbu and they will do whatever it takes.
