2 ? 4oz. cans chopped green chiles
2 T. chili powder
? t. oregano
1/8 t. cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. salt
Fork holes in the roast and place it on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Combine rest of ingredients in a small bowl. Spread mixture on top of roast. Wrap and seal securely in foil. Place on cookie sheet in preheated oven (300? F) and bake for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Remove fat from roast and place in a dish. Shred meat with 2 forks. Pour juice over meat. Spoon meat into hot flour or corn tortillas and roll. Serve with guacamole and salsa.
