He is better than Luck on that list, I don't think Luck even deserves consideration to be in the top 5 after what two years in the league? He's very good but he could go bust anytime. I suppose rookies like RG3, Russell Wilson, and Colin Kaepernick should be given consideration as well this early in their careers. As I said arguably top five in the league (nothing laughable about that), I'll give you your top 4 but Romo easily fits into the five spot. FWIW, I don't think Ryan, Flacco, Newton, Cutler, Stafford, E. Manning (especially this year), or Rivers possess talent anywhere close to Romo. One may argue Big Ben could take the five spot, but that's why I said arguably - Romo would just fit into the six spot then. The reason Romo takes so much heat is because of some of the royal screw ups he has made in the past and he takes a lot of heat for team problems (offensive line has sucked in the past, defense has been poor as well, etc.). He's an overpaid team leader (Jerry Jones wanted it that way) and also happens to be one of the best QB's in the league and that is what it comes down to.
