His mobility alone makes him better than Schaub. Schaub is damaged goods and should go to the Bills or something.
I have been watching him since his days playing for the Cougars, he owns every college record there is almost. I watched him in the pre-season and told everyone that would listen he should be the starter based on what I saw, even with Schaub in the picture. Schaub is scheduled to make a huge salary next year and JJ Watt is coming up for renewal, Schaub is gone and Case will be their starter going forward, hopefully...
Here's a gamble worth a shot...pickup his best rookie card (there are many, but only one is worth the big bucks) now and make sure it's graded a PSA10. I'd guess it's anywhere between 500-700. If this kid just gets better it's only going to go up in value and if he wins a superbowl 5-6 years from now it will SKYROCKET into the thousands.
He has the athletic ability, decent awareness of the defense (I like how he cuffed that ball last night when he thought a defender was coming in from his blind side). But what I like the most is his demeanor in the huddle and poise on the field.
