cavs -5

about 5 weeks ago these 2 teams played here in cleveland and the cavs blew the doors off toronto, winning by 18. toronto is a much worse team since then having lost 17 of 18 su and are 3-15 ats their last 18 games. the cavs are 4-5 su/4-3-2 ats their last nine which included a win over new jersey. they got blown out in boston their last game 97-70 but are 8-2 ats off a road loss of 10 or more and 20-8 ats off a non cover.cleveland is 21-14 ats at home and no vince carter for the raptors spell blowout.

take the cavs and lay the 5

as good as this play looks, you just know the entire betting world will be on it. I'm guessing that public consensus on this game will be above 75% for Cavs by gametime.

kinda scary

Carter is now out for the rest of the season. Under may be a better play than the side; when Carter was out in February, the Raptors totals were: 180, 179, 177, 171, 165, 155, 154 and 152.

One of the top pay services is touting Tor tonight but that was before the news on Carter. Public might not be as pro Cle as you think.

Sometimes the public is right. I love people that bet against the consensus granted it works allot but I think you have to look at the game and teams just like Sacramento last night Consensus on them was over 75% and all the anti-consensus guys were on Denver look what happened ! I capped this game and came up with Cleveland by 9 before I knew about Carter so that just makes it stronger.

as far as the public. who is the public. there is so much offshore money generated from websites like this one. are we the public. i am a firm believer in just capping games and not try to play mind games on what my bookie is trying to do or what land minds are out there. if you like something play it with confidence. as soon as you second guess because of someone else you will wager or not wager by constanntly saying things like that was a trap or i joe public likes this game. the ? do you like the game. obviosly money is still going with toronto the last few weeks. and i have seen people say toronto is due. i believe these are the people who have been keeping the lines on toronto so low. believe me if books were getting crushed by ateam on a consistent basis the line would show it. jmho gl

I should have know better

I should have know better

there is much more value out there. These two teams could give a shit less about the rest of the season.

I feel sorry for the public that actually follows the Cavs and call them their team. What a sorry bunch.
