these guys have the best pension plan/union in all of sports. He's grandfathered in like anyone else except the new call ups. Granted they do have a review process, no one gets kicked out. He's here to stay like it or not as the rest of them
He seems to have a smile that taunts the players into reacting against him .... hard to blame him last night since Sheffield went nuts, but I agree he is one of the worst umps out there IMO.
