I know they are trying to keep people from clearing space by throwing those vicious Lambeer Elbows but I believe the pendulum has swung to far the other way. Stopping the game to review an elbow in an inocuous basketball situation is killing flow. It happened twice so far today in the FSU vs Duke game and then in the Ok State game.

those that are going to point out some of Embiid's elbows- I get it. I just do not like stopping the damn game to go review an elbow. Whats coming? 3 flagrant 1's during conference play and you are suspended a game?

Agree. I attended one game this year in which the crew went to the table 4 freaking times. The game in question took just over 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete. It's a real clusterf*%k that needs to be addressed. This not only affects flow but also can turn momentum in a heartbeat.

Consider if they "find"' a flagrant one it is 2ft's and the ball. Did anyone watch the Ok State game? there were 50+ fouls called and it was not due to the fouling at the end of the game to extend the game.
Smart fouled out and 4 of his fouls were offensive...
