Balls Deep
They have 4 channels going for digital subscribers. Why not leave the 4 active games on their own channels. Manhattan has the ball down 4 w/ 2 mins to go and they switch coverage for the tipoff of the stanford game   I then have to scramble channels to find it on another of theirs to find that man. scored and i fawking missed it.

Now this is a great thread --- good enough of a topic for me to get my two cents in, definitely.

I think CBS does an absolutely, positively H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E job covering the NCAA Tourney. I hope someone will buy out their contract and let ESPN or someone else do it.

They give no rhyme or reason to their switching of games... I don't think people in my region care about the end of some other game back East. They'd rather watch the game in their region. Even if that's NOT the case, inform the audience. If it is YOUR alma mater or YOUR favorite team that you're watching, the LAST thing you want is for them to switch to another game, even at the end of the game, for ANY reason at all. I don't care if they switch it over for 2 minutes..... If I'm watching CU (which I'm not haha) play in the NCAAs, I sure as hell don't want them to switch games to someone else even for ONE MINUTE.

Oh well...

PS Gumbell is a moron, too.
PPS Rafferty is a moron, too, and never shuts up.

In fact, you can't have 5 seconds without an announcer saying something. All you hear is them yapping and yapping... trying to sound so intelligent.... some of the announcers are good, and some of the stories are good, but you can't have a 5-second stretch without some sort of editorial comment.

AND...... HERE'S MY #1 PET PEEVE:

Any timeout, and that's ANY timeout whatsoever: AUTOMATIC COMMERCIAL.
