Yeah....it all comes down to which doofus is working a certain game. Have watched a lot of games on there that are right on the money....and then there are the ones you are talking about. The ones where you hit the UNDER by 3 points....and then magically there is an extra 20 seconds on the clock......just enough time for two more hoops.
