Cell phone problem

I cant call my voicemail anymore. Everytime I try to call it the phone dials my wifes number. (We are under the same account) If I punch in my phone number her phone rings.

Checked in the settings menu and my number is in there for the voicemail.
Called carrier and they had me reset the phone....didnt work.

I can still call my number from any other phone and get my voicemails though.

Any ideas?:shrug:

That is weird... My only guess would be going to your wireless store and having them put in a new SIM card.

or switch SIM's with your wife and see if the same problem happens to her?

I hope you get it fixed, I hate having cell problems

Called carrier today and they had me punch in some numbers. Next thing you know it took care of the problem. They never said what the problem could be.

I think its like when you have a problem with your computer....unplug it and reboot.

Sounds like you had call forwarding enabled.
