I agree with you, shamrock. Companies that are run like that are also doomed to failure, in my opinion. The BOD is there to protect shareholder's interest, and if they do not hold sacred whatever forces garnered their success (many times the blue collar crowd), then their company will inevitably suffer.

But, yes. Something has to give. Hopefully, Home Depot's new CEO package will show a new beginning. I, for one, am anxious to see this correction.
