ARIZONA +6 (1 unit) OK, make USC a fav after a bye week and with new coaching situation, Orgeron isn't going to turn this team around in a wk, Arizona can score and score quickly, USC can't score but play OK "D", the difference is stability and the Cats have it.

ARIZONA +210 (1 unit)

OVER 56 1/2 OKLA/TEXAS (2 units) Red River shootout

MICHIGAN ST -360 (1 unit) Spartans gettin lil respect around the country, they have the nations best "D" and Indiana can score, will back Sparty at home.

HOUSTON -350 (2 units) Cougars just too much offense for Tigers

SOUTH FLORIDA +170 (2 units) U Conn is favored? Really? Come on MAN!! USF at least has a coach with somewhat of a clue and new system in place and though this one is on the road, it may actually help USF.

OVER 56 1/2 IOWA ST/TEXAS TECH (2 units) Cyclones not known for their D and TT known for scoring. Texas 42 ISU 20

NEBRASKA -14 (3 units) Big Red still potent offensively, they start 7 freshmen and PU with new system in place is struggling on D big time, difference will be special teams and Nebraska team speed.

OVER 63 1/2 MISSOURI/GEORGIA (5 units) Two big time offenses, two porous defenses should be exciting back and forth game which may go into OT.

GEORGIA -320 (2 units) Bulldogs at home tough to beat, Mizzou on the rd sucked last yr in SEC and they beat Vandy, but Athens is a different place.

OVER 57 1/2 NAVY/DUKE (3 units) Neither team's D will stop the other from scoring

WESTERN MICHIGAN +11 (2 units) Buffalo should roll so why is this line less than 14? W Mich with no wins, lost by 5 LY on the rd in Buffalo, something gives here, W Michigan goes for first W. 28-27

OHIO -17 1/2 (1 unit) Bobcats may catch CMU off their big win and get the O going here at home, Ohio 47 CMU 20

WISCONSIN -10 1/2 (1 unit) N'western left all they had in Evanston last wk now go into hostile Madison, Badgers home field and trends give them a 13 pt win.

TULANE +10 (1 unit) ECU has been solid, only loss to Va Tech at home, but why is this line so low? Green Wave playing respectable and beat N Texas club with potent offense, Green Wave ATS 3-0 L3 vs ECU.

OVER 59 1/2 SAN JOSE ST/COLORADO ST (2 units) Both D's suck, but both offenses can score and do it quickly. CSU 42 SJ 35

COLORADO ST -175 (1 unit)

CLEMSON -24 (1 unit) Tigers too much at home vs BC, BC off big win vs Army LW, but you think they can slow down Tahj Boyd and company? Nah, Clemson rolls by 28.

NC STATE -6 1/2 (1 unit) NCS off beatdown in Winston-Salem LW, they redeem themselves here at home. Syracuse gets a greeting on the rd in the ACC.

KANSAS ST +17 (3 units) Huge steam in both directions on this Opening line, something smells fishy, first rd test for Baylor, K State with tough minded coach and new QB in place this season, Cats should keep this one around 10-14 pts, still see Baylor winning, 45-31.

OVER 72 BAYLOR/KANSAS ST (1 unit)

RICE +1 1/2 (2 units) Huge line swing again, Owls can run and score, something that TSA does well too, but TSA doesn't play D very well, Owls by 3.

PENN ST +2 (3 units) Michigan has skated by each game other than Minny when Minny imploded, Happy Valley will rudely greet the Wolverines, Penn St wins by 4, 31-27.

PENN ST +105 (2 units)

STANFORD -320 (5 units) Pissing match between Shaw & Sark this past wk, that will be rubbed off and taken out on the Utes, Hogan and Gaffney should have big days vs Utes.

ALABAMA -27 1/2 (2 units) Crimson Tide too much O for Ky, Bama by 30

OVER 59 1/2 IDAHO/ARK ST (2 units) Both teams can score, only problem is Idaho gives up way too many pts, 42 alone, Ark St 49 Idaho 21

ARKANSAS ST -24 1/2 (1 unit)

OVER 55 MID TENN ST/N TEXAS (1 unit) Should be an entertaining game, both teams with solid RBs, Mean Green should take this one 42-31

NORTH TEXAS -6 1/2 (2 units)

BOISE ST -7 (5 units) Keeton done for the season, USU BU QB isn't bad, but Boise O is much better and their D is actually coming around, Boise by 12, 42-30.

OVER 51 BOISE ST/UTAH ST (5 units)

UNDER 75 TEX A&M/MISS (2 units) Have this total at 61, A&M beat Ole Miss by 3 LY, Johnny football should ripped Ole Miss D apart and pull away 2nd half, A&M 47 Ole Miss 20

TEXAS A&M -6 (1 unit)

TEXAS A&M -230 (2 units)

OVER 73 CAL/UCLA (1 unit) Cal can't stop anyone from scoring and UCLA is a scoring machine with Huntley at QB, UCLA rolls 56-21

OREGON ST +1 1/2 (1 unit) Beavers SU, better overall offense here, miscues will determine outcome, Wazoo has a way of coughing up the ball, Oregon St 38 Wazoo St 30

OREGON ST +100 (1 unit)

hey bill long time no talk to. lets talk totals. have been tracking and playing a system i picked up at another site a while back. seen it pop up over the last couple years and its one of those systems that seems to make sense logically. kind of convoluted, but it goes like this. prior to november, play under on teams playing conference games that scored over 49 points in their previous game and neither team off a bye. hitting about 60% since 2008. if closing total on the game is 49 or under it goes to about 80%. applied to rut/lv and sdst/af last night. applies to 11 games tomorrow, including tt/isu, mo/ga, sjst/csu, bay/kst, and bsu/utst. food for discussion?

Hey loop, nice to hear from ya!! Where ya been lurking?

What you said makes "TOTALS" sense!! Weeknight games with conference teams typically go under, except the Sun Belt games last year. TT/ISU seems like a mismatch of offensive teams, neither plays any "D". Same goes to MO/GA, Ga rbs dinged up, check status of Gurley man, SJST/CSU same thing, check status of rbs, neither team there stops the other, Baylor/K St - enough said, Baylor's averaging over 70 pts? Boise is healthy, USU is not and Boise wants brownie points and only way to get them is to win and win big on the road in conference.

I could be wrong on each of those games, I think I took all of them over, I'm only hitting 59% in totals thus far this year and ML plays a bit better, sides are killing me but better of late.

GL!!

hey bill havent totaled your card but you sure picked your way well among the system plays. under system went 6-4-1 saturday (2-0 thursday) but the the five overs you picked against the system went 3-2. not too shabby - that 59% is stronger than new rope.

Stanford screwed up a pretty nice wk in NCAAF, totals rated 5 units continue to rack up well, however, long season still left. 23-19 overall on picks, +8.4 units, 3 winning wks in a row, still down a bit for the year. Slow grind!!

This wks' card looks great!!

GL!!
