It's forbidden in the Bible, just like being gay, so why not more uproar against it? It's one of the fucking Ten Commandments. I don't think being gay even broke the top 100.

In North Carolina, it's called "alienation of affection." The person who got cheated on can sue the person that was cheating with the spouse.

So basically, if I cheated on Samantha and she found out, she could sue the girl I was cheating with and me for alienation of affection. I'm assuming that she'd have to be able to prove that the other woman knew that I was married.

Usually, this law is applied when the cheater is well off financially and the person being cheated on wants financial restitution with the divorce. :sadwave:
