Cheesecake!!

Does anybody bake desserts :shrug:

Made an eggnog cheesecake tonight, for Christmas eve dinner (cheescake always tastes better if it ages 1-2 days)

Hopefully it tastes good, lot's of spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) in it.

I'll ask her. There's quite a procedure with the oven to minimize the chance of cracking. She's thrown many a cheesecake right in the trash because it had a crack or two in it. :facepalm:
